Whenever I undergo some form of injustice or discrimination, someone comes up with, “There’s a lot of things in the world that’s not fair.” I know that, so does this mean I have to put up with it, and not resist it? No way!

Whenever physical fitness and exercise comes up, I hear the phrase, “no pain, no gain,” and I get triggred and angry. I heard that kind of talk in the past, and exercise has been a form of torture and punishment, and it makes me NOT want to exercise.
