I don’t think I do as much as I should. I do it when the weather isn’t too hot or to cold.
I am sensitive to the heat but not the cold… I love the cold air, but I look sort of funny walking the trail all buried underneath my layers in the winter
I’m also sensitive to extremes in weather, too hot or too cold.
