IS our taxpayer money paying for this show? And Trump mot paying attention to the National Anthem, while he throws fits at players who kneel in protest?
Can’t the party run anyone against this idiot? Or have they enabled racists so much, he’s just another one?
I will attend the next meeting of Philly for Change, at Tattooed Mom, 530 South street in Philadelphia, on Wednesday, February 7. The meeting will feature three candidates for State Representative-Abu Edwards, Tom Wyatt, Maggie Borski; Kathi Cozzone, who is running for Lieutenant Governor; and a representative of Democratize Philly, who will show how to run for City Committee.
donnie dumbass is a real size queen, equating bigness to strength and power, the only virtues he understands. And what’s this “must be stopped” stuff? Is donnie out to stage a coup or something? HE’s the one we need to stop!
Can you believe this? donnie dumbass is saying that people not applauding him was treason! What a vain petty egotistical bag of nothing he is!
Being a Philadelphian, I’m happy as hell for the Eagles’ victory in the Super Bowl, even though I don’t give a hoot about any sport; it’s a civic pride thing. I worry about the well being of the City and everyone in it.
BUT-The greatness of a city is not measured by the teams, but how the municipal services-electric, gas water, sewage, police, fire, schools, libraries-work for the people, how the officials service the public (or whether they don’t), and the participation of the public in the city’s affairs, not just griping in the bar or at the TV.
Plus-I saw the crowds of people going down Broad Street and in the other big streets of the city celebrating the win; great, but I would like to see equal amounts of enthusiasm for handling the affairs of the public, what’s going on in our country, our state, and our city. Let’s not use sports as a distraction from dealing with REAL issues.
Here is the “economic prosperity” everyone talks about. The rises and falls of the Stock market has nothing to do with the lives of regular working people.
