The Atlantic Coast Opera Festival will perform Beethoven’s opera Fidelio in the Montgomery Auditorium of the main branch of the Free Library of Philadelphia, 1901 Vine Street in Philadelphia, PA, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, on Sunday, August 23, 2015.
