I am going to commemorate Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, with my synagogue, Congregation Leyv Ha-Ir. I follow the Yom Kippur tradition: If I have harmed or injured any person this past year, by thought, word, or deed, I ask their forgiveness; and to ANY one who has harmed or injured me, again by thought, word, or deed, I forgive them.
